Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you and Doastly, LLC., a company incorporated under the laws of Texas with a registered office at 14200 Midway Rd. Suite #120 Dallas TX 75244 (“Doastly,” “we,” “us” and “our”). The Terms govern your use of our software applications, resources and services for pet families and pet service providers to find each other, communicate with each other, and arrange for the provision of pet care services (collectively, our “Doastly Services”). The Terms govern all use of the Doastly Services, whether you access it from our website at https://www.doastly.com (or any localized version) (the “Site”), our mobile applications and mobile websites, our Facebook application, our online or phone support offerings, or any other access point we make available to you. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS DURING THE ACCOUNT SIGN-UP PROCESS OR ACCESSING OR USING THE ROVER SERVICE WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT ACCEPT THEM, IN WHICH CASE YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE THE DOASTLY SERVICE. You understand and agree that we may change the Terms from time to time, and that any such changes will be effective when we post the modified Terms on the Doastly Service, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Your continued access and use of the Doastly Service after we post the modified Terms will constitute your consent to be bound by the modified Terms.

Doastly Service
The Doastly Service consists of website, mobile applications, and other related tools, support and services that pet families (“Pet Families”) and providers of pet-related services (“Service Providers”) can use to find, communicate with and interact with each other. The Doastly Service includes our realtime service tracking and service scheduling.

Cost of Doastly Service
There is no cost at this moment for The Doastly Service consists of website, mobile applications, and other related tools, support and services that pet families (“Pet Families”) and providers of pet-related services (“Service Providers”) can use to find, communicate with and interact with each other. The Doastly Service includes our realtime service tracking and service scheduling. However Doastly keeps rights to control the future pricing model for existing or new services.

Grooming Quality & Responsibilities
Doastly Services are meant for providing meaningful information while the actual service (Grooming in this case) is the responsibility of the Grooming Salon. Doastly doesn’t guarantee the quality of service and takes no responsibilities in that process. Doastly also doesn’t recommend any salon or groomer or favor any specific business. Any damage caused by Grooming Service is the responsibility of Grooming Salon and Pet Family alone. Doastly will not have any business in those legal matters. Pet Families should validate the authenticity and quality of Grooming Salon beforehand.

Loss or Damage
Doastly is not involved how Grooming Salon and Pet Families engage in their business. Doastly only provides digital mechanism to bridge the communication with some reservations and conditions. Any damage caused to Pet Family, Pet, Grooming Salon or Groomers is not Doastly’s responsibility whether it be financial or anything else including the health, life or lost pet.

Doastly Service Disclaimer
Doastly Realtime Tracker Platform depends on various technologies and cloud providers. Intellectual property failures such as crash, temporary or long term performance issues or delays in software, hardware or cloud infrastructure may disrupt Doastly Services. These failures are hard to foresee and remediate promptly at times. Groomers and Pet Families fully understand and accept that failure in Doastly’s service or inaccuracy in data may occur at times with or without notice and Doastly would not be responsible for any impact or inconvenience caused.

Right to Operate & Serve
Doastly keeps the right to operate and server the markets, users and features that deemed right to its core purpose and values. Doastly will make changes to its products, remove features, tweak them, remove abusive users impacting platform in bad way, discontinue serving any geographic locations and markets without any notice.

Privacy Protection
Doastly Realtime Tracker Platform keeps sensitive information such as Customer Name, Phone, Email, Address, Profile Pictures etc. Doastly doesn’t sell this information. This Information is used on the Platform by registered users. By signing up on Doastly’s Platform as registered user, you accept our terms of Privacy and Security. Any damage caused to users due to the loss of this information from Doastly’s platform will not be our responsibility.

Text & Data Charges
Doastly Realtime Tracker Platform sends occasional text messages to users on their mobile phones. And Doastly App would use Internet Data when WiFi is not available. Career charges may apply for Text and Data which Doastly isn’t responsible for. Users agree to bear the cost of such carrier services while signing up and using Doastly Platform.

Beta Version
Doastly Realtime Tracker Platform will be in Beta mode until it is officially communicated. Platform will operate in Beta mode as Testing and Concept validation purpose. This doesn’t guarantee solving specific problems or creating value for users. While in Beta mode, Doastly would not carry any liability of the loss or impact caused to any parties in any form.
